| Overview |
ACO-5 is Co-based
amorphous metal which has near zero magnetostriction and low core
loss. There are two types of material, ACO-5M and ACO-5H. ACO-5M
is medium *B-H squareness and high permeability material. ACO-5H
is high B-H squareness material.
ACO-5M is applied to magnetic shielding tape, MS-A series. ACO-5H is applied to saturable core (magnetic switching core) for pulsed power.
*B-H suquareness = ( Remanent magnetic flux density) / ( Saturation magnetic flux density )
